care for vulnerable populations, needs assessment, program planning, evaluation,
strategic planning, board development, infection control, managed care,
organizational development and consumer involvement.

Maryland with satellite offices in Chicago, IL and New Buffalo, Michigan. Training Resources
Network, Inc. is a woman-owned small business founded by Susan Thorner in 1993.
