Key Lime Pie

1 - 9" Graham cracker pie crust

1 - 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

3 - egg yolks (no whites)

1/2 cup key lime juice

1 lime (cut into slices) op.

 

Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice.  Blend until smooth.  Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Allow to stand for 10 minutes before refrigerating.  Just before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.
