Quick Mexican Fudge

2 cup sucre

3 tbsp. butter

2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup. evaporated milk

1/2 cup small marshmallows

2/3 cup slivered almonds

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cup chocolate chips

 

Combine sugar, oleo, cinnamon, salt and milk in skillet.  Bring to boil at 280 degrees.  Boil 5 minutes, stir constantly.  Turn off heat.  Blend in the chips, marshmallows, almonds, and vanilla.  Pour to buttered 8" square pan.
