Sky Cake (from the kitchen of Rick Crane)

1/2 c. butter                1/4 tsp. salt

1 c. sugar                    1 c. milk

2 c. flour                     1 tsp. vanilla

3 tsp. baking powder    2 egg whites

1 sq. grated baking choc.

Cream butter and sugar, . Alt, add dry ingredients and milk, vanilla and grated chocolate.  Beat egg whites, fold in.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mines.

Topping:

1/2 c. butter

2 cup confectioner's sugar

2 yolks

*Cream/mix these items together

Melt chocolate & butter - drizzle chocolate on top
